Who We Are
Our History
Guardian Arms was founded in 2024 by a husband and wife who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to teaching youth about firearms safety. Removing the taboo of firearms for youth while teaching them to respect firearms and handle them with discipline. We have already grown into a thriving non-profit, serving the community, teaching youth firearms safety in the homeschool community.
Our Staff
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. With over 20 years of firearms experience and 15 years as a firearms instructor. Our lead instructor previously taught close quarter battles (CQB) to his units in the Marine Corps, as well as lead countless ranges for his units in the Marines across multiple countries. Mike has been teaching pistol and rifle tactics and techniques as well as helping community members obtain their CCW since 2014.

Pistol Courses

Basic Pistol Course
$100
This class is designed for the beginning shooter, to allow the opportunity to experiment with handguns under the supervision of knowledgeable instructors. This class will familiarize shooters with the capabilities of and liabilities for using a handgun for defense.
Intermediate Pistol Course
$120
This course is designed for shooters who have their own handgun and understand the basics of sight acquisition and trigger control. Although designed for magazine-fed semi-autos, the course can be accomplished by revolver shooters who are proficient in the use of speedloaders. This is a defensive course where practical self defense skills with a handgun will be learned practiced and challenged.
Advanced Pistol Tactics Course
$140
This class is to allow intermediate level shooters to practice important defensive skills that ranges normally will not allow. All participants will work out of a holster (concealed or not) and will not be hindered by limited rates of fire.

Rifle Course

This Rifle Course is designed to demonstrate the full potential of a centerfire rifle in neutralizing a hostile environment. Of all the small arms, the rifle is the premiere implement to apply significant stopping power at great distances. When properly employed, it is also very effective at close ranges.

Gun Cleaning Class

Learn the proper method for cleaning and maintaining your firearms (rifles & pistols) under the guidance of our lead instructor. Learn what tools are needed to make cleaning easier and more efficient. Learn proper lubrication, where it should be applied and how much. Keep your guns running longer with less wear by keeping them in cleaned and properly stored.

Homeschool Course
Marksmanship Course for Kids via Airsoft & Laser
This dynamic and interactive course is designed to equip children with vital safety skills and marksmanship techniques using airsoft and laser training systems. Through engaging scenarios and games, participants will master essential principles of safety in a controlled environment. Key components of the course include:
Fundamental Safety Rules: Children will learn critical safety rules, such as treating every airsoft or laser device as if it’s real, keeping the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, and maintaining
proper trigger discipline. They will also understand the importance of identifying their target and what lies beyond it.
Responding to Encounters: This segment educates students on the appropriate actions to take if they encounter a device, stressing the need to alert an adult immediately and refrain from handling it.
Situational Awareness: Students will develop skills to remain vigilant about their surroundings and identify potential risks. This training emphasizes making smart choices and avoiding dangerous situations.
Respect and Responsibility: The course encourages a respectful attitude toward safety, extending these lessons to broader life skills like responsibility, self-discipline, and respect for others.
Marksmanship Training: Participants will learn the fundamentals of marksmanship, including aiming, trigger control, and proper shooting posture, through both airsoft and laser training activities.
Benefits of Early Marksmanship Training: Introducing marksmanship at a young age fosters focus, patience, and discipline. It also enhances hand-eye coordination and boosts self-confidence, all within a supportive and non-threatening environment.
Safety Assurance: No live ammunition will ever be present in the class. All training will utilize airsoft and laser systems, ensuring a safe experience while still offering realistic training scenarios.
Through the use of airsoft and laser training, students will engage in safe simulations that reinforce safety protocols, improve marksmanship skills, and cultivate a sense of responsibility. The course aims to instill a positive attitude towards safety, boost confidence, and encourage responsible decision-making in all areas of life.
